Discuss the roof and project goals
We meet with you to discuss the property, roof concerns, access, preferred finish, and the work you want completed.
Cool roof coatings help manage roof heat and protect prepared surfaces. We serve homes and commercial properties in Issaquah and nearby communities.
A reflective roof finish can help address customer concerns about heat at the roof surface.
Prepared coating work gives the roof a renewed surface finish without defining the project as roof replacement.
A scoped agreement helps separate surface preparation, repairs, coating work, protection, and cleanup.
Cool Roof Coating Application is a roof service that applies a reflective coating to a prepared roof surface.

Cool roof coating work begins with the roof surface, not the coating alone. We look at the existing finish, visible repairs, access, and areas that need protection before the work is planned. Preparation matters because dirt, loose finish, and damaged areas can affect adhesion. We prepare surfaces before applying coatings, protect floors and nearby property with suitable coverings, and keep the work area orderly. This service is a coating application, not a promise that every roof can receive the same product or treatment. The roof material, existing finish, surface condition, and repair needs shape the scope. Our estimate explains the work before it begins.

The team at 365 did a great job painting our house. They painted the full exterior of our house, including all the trim, front door, and garage doors. Their color matching was spot on, and the front door and porch trim finish is perfectly smooth. They even did a nice job with caulking as well.
We had been putting off painting our house because there is never a great time to do so. After we decided to do it, we got 6 bids, some where very low, with low grade products, other very high with outrageous considerations, Jeff and his team came dead in the middle with amazing notes from the first visit, careful workmanship and with top of the line quality product. Scheduling was a breeze with Lorena make it so easy for us even with a busy schedule during the summer. The best experience we've had, we basically did not notice the team was working. They arrived every day super early, left the area pristine, and delivered a great quality outcome in the entire exterior job. We are super happy with the pain, the look and all the recommendation and fixes the team did. We will definitely work with 365Painting Solutions for all of our future painting needs. Thank you for making this experience simple and painless.
These guys did an awesome job! They have a well trained team that works closely together to get the job done on time and on budget. They also did a number of other repairs on the interior and exterior ( removed dry rot, repair drywall, etc.) before they could even start the painting. I would highly recommend them!
Wondering if your roof is ready for a reflective coating? Request a free consultation with Thomas J. Painting to discuss the surface, access, preparation, and project scope.

Peeling coating can leave exposed areas and create an uneven surface for new work. The cause may involve surface condition, preparation, or the earlier coating system. We inspect the affected areas, explain the preparation needed, and include that work in the agreement before applying a new finish.
A commercial property may need coating work planned around access, nearby surfaces, and business activity. The roof condition still decides the preparation scope, so a quick visual assumption can lead to missed work. We discuss access and protection during the consultation, then outline the coating work in a scoped estimate.
A homeowner may notice a hot roof surface and want to explore a reflective coating. Coating only makes sense when the roof surface can be prepared for the work. We review the existing finish, visible repairs, and property protection needs, then explain the practical path during a free consultation.
